Marketing and advertising services
Community building support

Free Rug-Pull Checker (token security analysis tool)
Degen Terminal (real-time Solana alpha signals with paid premium unlock)
Master Liquidity Engine (24-Hour Session) — a paid on-chain volume simulation and liquidity management service for Solana tokens

1.1 Eligibility

By accessing TokenPromotePro, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. Use of our services by anyone under 18 is a violation of these Terms. We reserve the right to terminate access for any user who does not meet this age requirement.

2.1 Master Liquidity Engine Disclaimer

⚠️ LIQUIDITY ENGINE DISCLAIMER

The Master Liquidity Engine is a trading simulation and volume generation service. Each session runs for exactly 24 hours from the moment your transaction is confirmed on-chain. By purchasing a session, you acknowledge that:

Session fees are paid in SOL and are non-refundable once the transaction is confirmed
Volume generation is simulated on-chain activity intended for visibility purposes only
We do not guarantee specific price movements, chart rankings, or holder acquisition
Your wallet address and token contract address (CA) are stored in your browser's localStorage for up to 24 hours for session continuity and are never transmitted to our servers
No session data is retained after your 24-hour session expires
Results may vary based on market conditions, token liquidity, and network congestion

2.2 Rug-Pull Checker Disclaimer

⚠️ ANALYSIS TOOL DISCLAIMER

The Rug-Pull Checker is a technical analysis tool only. A "Safe" or "Low Risk" result is a snapshot of current on-chain data at the time of analysis and is NOT a guarantee of future security or token legitimacy.

You acknowledge that:

On-chain conditions can change at any time after analysis
Token developers may alter contract permissions after your check
No automated tool can predict human intent or future malicious actions
We are not liable for any financial losses, scams, or rug-pulls occurring after you use our tools

3. Service Limitations

Our services are subject to the following limitations:

We do not control cryptocurrency market conditions
We cannot guarantee token price increases

5. Payment Terms & Fund Recovery

5.1. Session Fees: All service fees paid in SOL are final and non-refundable once the transaction is confirmed.

5.2. Trading Budget Management: The Master Liquidity Engine requires a separate trading budget. By initiating a session, you acknowledge that this budget is deployed across multiple temporary sub-wallets.

5.3. Manual Termination (Panic Button): Users may request or initiate a manual session termination. In such cases, the system will attempt to consolidate and return the remaining trading budget to the user's original wallet.

5.4. Operational Residue & Gas Fees: To cover network gas costs, account rent, and system optimization, any residual balances below a threshold of 0.005 SOL per sub-wallet (referred to as "Network Dust") will be retained by the system as a processing fee. These small variances are non-refundable due to the high cost of individual transaction fees required for their recovery.

6. Prohibited Activities

You may not use our services to:

Promote fraudulent or scam tokens
Violate securities laws
Engage in market manipulation
Distribute malware or harmful content
Infringe on third-party rights
Spam or harass other users

7. Limitation of Liability

LIABILITY LIMITATION

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for investment losses
We are not liable for market fluctuations
Our total liability is limited to service fees paid
We disclaim all warranties except as explicitly stated

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold TokenPromotePro harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from:

Your use of our services
Your investment decisions
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any laws

9. Service Availability

We do not guarantee 24/7 service availability
Services may be interrupted for maintenance
We may discontinue services at any time
We are not liable for service interruptions
